Fashionmart is a subsidiary of Boi Innovative Technologies Limited, a duly registered company under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.

Our parent company specializes in eCommerce, marketing and automation, web development, training, and logistics services. Fashionmart.com.ng operates as one of the company’s dedicated eCommerce systems, focused on delivering premium fashion products at wholesale prices.

Business Model

At Fashionmart, our business model is designed to empower fashion resellers, boutique owners, and distributors. Here’s how it works:

Wholesale-Only Sales: We supply our products exclusively in wholesale quantities.
Minimum Order Quantity: Customers or distributors must order at least 15–20 pieces of any product.
Value-Added Support: Every customer/distributor receives essential marketing resources to help grow their business, including:
A 1-page branded website showcasing their purchased products.
One promotional graphic design for online/offline marketing.
Sales training covering customer acquisition and closing strategies.
Access to at least 5 customer leads from our network (optional and in select cases).
